How to see distance in map

How i can see distance betweeen me and some base for example (without awacs gps atc or ins) anyway to see that?

You mean on the F10 map? There's a ruler tool, activated by one of the icons on top (the one with a little ruler drawn on it). Turn it on and with left/right clicking You can draw lines showing distances and bearings (keep in mind, these will be geographic bearings, not magnetic ones).
