CG Position Graphs

Alright, time to get nerdy.

I understand how to work with this graphic, however it works only for takeoff considering the index point includes a/c, pilot, full internal fuel, launcher rails, and no ammo.

 

How can I calculate/estimate the CG position after takeoff at any point of the flight? More specifically at final approach and landing.

How can I adjust for the reduction of gross weight in the index point?

Is there any rule of thumb?

 

I don't plan on taking out the graph mid flight to do the calculations, it's for mission planning purposes.
