Hi,

Good day, this is address to all Virtual Pilots, is there some tweak or adjustment inside the game. aside form the curve axis? Seeing the virtual aerobatics team videos, there must be something I can do to make the inputs more desirable or optimize for precision flying :)

My stick is Warthog HOTAS

I think they have some kind of tweak for the flight modeling or in the inputs,,, i dunoo :(

The best tweak for your Warthog, is to get an extension for it. The longer stick will give you more precise small movements, as well as making the centering force easier to move past in a smooth manner.

The rest is all stick time. Practice makes perfect is a truism in this case.

You can lower Y saturation for a smoother flight. You lose maneuverability for dogfighting though. Didn't LOMAC allow you to chose different curve profiles? Refueling, ect? Just create a profile with less Y sat and fine tune the curves. Then practice a lot.

Ya I adjusted it already,,, around 20 to 30 saturation,,, but I think virtual aerobatics pilots have trade secret for flying so precise ...he he he

The secret is there is no secret. It is all down to dedication and practice. Skills aren't learnt overnight, and there is no shortcut to making things easy - it's hard, which is why it is worth doing, and rewarding.

O good place to begin is AAR in the Warthog. It uses similar skills, and you can do it on your own.

Then team up with another pilot and fly together, gradually you'll get the hang of it, and can fly in closer and closer formation.

It does take a lot of effort though.
