Some of the switches (maybe all of them) that has covers e.g. the FBW test switch and Autopilot test switch can be operated without lifting the cover. However, they don't actually operate but the animation shows that they moved. To reproduce, click on the toggle switch without lifting the cover plate first. Then click on the cover plate.
