kaglecom Posted October 22, 2016 Posted October 22, 2016 Dear experts, I've searched the forum and have read the following FAQ: "Installing Nevada First and foremost, you must have purchased Nevada (NTTR), It is required for DCS 2.0 You can buy it in our E-Shop: DCS: NEVADA Test and Training Range Map Once you have DCS 2.0 installed login to the module manager in game, your purchased terrain should be available for download. If not please check your purchase is bound to your ED account here using the license check." I have purchased and installed DCS 2.0. I have managed to transfer my modules from 1.5 to 2.0 (airplanes and helicopters). I have purchased NTTR from the e-store and I have a license number. I have loaded DCS 2.0 and logined to the module manager in game. My purchased terrain does not appear available for download. I go to downloadable content in 2.0 and click on Terrain. Nothing appears. I refresh that screen. Nothing appears. My license check shows my purchase serial number. I see above that I need to check whether my purchase is "bound to (my) ED account." Is that a separate step that needs to be taken? Any advice will be appreciated. kaglecom

ED Team BIGNEWY Posted October 22, 2016 ED Team Posted October 22, 2016 (edited) Hi thanks for the log. what anti virus are you using? try adding dcs open alpha to your antivirus allowed list. looking at the log it looks like you are having issues downloading which is usually firewall / antivirus related you can check your serial by login in here and using licence check https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/licensing/ please also do a repair after adding dcs open alpha to your allowed list If that does not help please put a support ticket in with your logs and a screenshot of your module manager https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/ Edited October 22, 2016 by BIGNEWY Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
