NY3D Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I have a question: Let's say I am building a mission and I gave it a starting time of let's say 18:00 hrs. Can I change the starting time without having to build the mission from scratch ???Basicly what I am trying to do is change my starting time from 18:00hrs. to 15:00 hrs. because of the position of the sun. Is this posible without having to start all over again ?
Ironhand Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 Easy. Go into the Mission Briefing and change the time there. All start times within the mission change accordingly. Brit_Radar_Dude Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 Yes, just change the time on the Briefing screen. It will change all the individual unit start times within the mission as (I think) they are stored as relative offset times from the mission start. You can get some great eye candy just by messing with start times - just before/after sunrise, just before/after sunset, etc. For nighttime flying, mess around with the day to get the different phases of the moon. TekaTeka did a Mod for a more realistic sized moon, and Hawg11 did a realistic size Sun Mod - all available from LockonFiles - links below......
