My custom skins worked fine before updates and now they will not show up in the sim anymore. Anyone have any fixes?

There are issues with skins and/or bort numbers occurring since last update. I'm not having this issue except for the weird smudge on right motor oF A-10C. Not sure of a fix but Skatezilla explains issue here.
