How change the wpts from my CPN ?

Please somebody can explain to me how I can switch between the wpts of my control panel navigation ?

Click the "DEST" button on the INS panel then enter the waypoint number e.g. DEST -> 0 -> 2.

 

There is also a keybinding you can bind to your HOTAS. I forgot the exact name for it but I think it is *somethin* waypoint *something* next/previous.
