Hosting Problems - Client Crashes

Hi All

 

I have hosted for our squadron for over a year now, within the last few months i have been having issues with peoples DCS crashing when they try to join the server.

 

Tonight we ran a Vietnam mission and a few people were trying to join but getting so far and the client crashes on the loading screen. Some people have to try 4 -to 10 times before they got in(there was only 3 other connected to the server at that time non had a ping higher than 180ms )

 

Can anyone suggest anything that could be an issue. I am pretty sure its not my connection as i have 200M down and 20M up

 

I had one of the chaps send me his log file and crash files which i have updated to this post.
