jonatron5 Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Has anyone encountered canopy Icing yet? I saw it as a feature, but I have yet to experience it. I read an old post from like a year ago saying it was simulated but currently disabled. Does anyone know the current status of this?
BSS_Sniper Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 I haven't noticed it but I'd like to see it on more than just the canopy. It would change how people fly. Don't forget, you need to be in the right conditions to get icing on aircraft surfaces. If you not in visible moisture, at a slow enough speed at the right temps, you're not going to get it. Elwood Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 The only thing that I found iced is the pitot tube. Sent from my XT1562 using Tapatalk
BadHabit Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 The posted in a long time ago changelog that it is disabled for the time being..AFAIK no plane has such a feature in DCS atm. Possibly an ED thing.
