Braeden108 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 I haven't purchased a specific arduino yet, so it can be any. I understand how matrixing works (or maybe I don't) As far as i can tell the arduino leonardo has 19 ports for matrixing so I could make a matrix that is 10x9 for 90 functions? I don't need any axes. (plural of axis, I'm not choppin wood. Shouldn't it be spelled axies?) Light the tires kick the fires! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Sokol1_br Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 (edited) In MMJoySetup is possible set 10 Columns and 10 Rows, what theoretically means 100 buttons. This will depend on Arduino version pinout availability, PRO Micro don't have so much. Leonardo seems fill this - BM pins: http://simhq.com/forum/files/usergals/2014/10/full-37484-89474-pins_arduinoleonardo.png With Shift Register boards chained the buttons counts seems up 128 - but this is not clear... ask direct to Mega_MOZG.
