Is there a way for DCS to launch normally (using the monitor) and only going into VR when flying? I find it easier to navigate the menus and change settings using the monitor. You can however use something like the DCS Updater GUI Utility to start DCS World without the Rift when you want to work on mission planning, changing settings etc, but you'll still have to quit and restart DCS World to use the Rift again. pixelpilot Posted December 31, 2016 Share Posted December 31, 2016 (edited) I'd like it if they implemented that option too, for now tho I use a similar idea to NielWillis. On my desktop I have 2 shortcuts for dcs. in one of them I have added a command line modifier to the target to make it load without vr, I can leave VR set to on in the settings menu.
