How is it not clear ? You have different modes that are described page 113-114. I really don't know what is missing or is unclear...

For example how to unlock a friendly target who's passing in the line of sight of the radar, solved by checking the key bindings

That have nothing to do with the close combat mode because you don't have a target locked if you are in this mode.

Most of the informations you want are in the manual, just do a little ctrl+F with your keyword and voilà ;)

Or you could just read the manual..

I read thee manual infact it was in the key section and not in the combat modes chapter or the weapon employment section

I don't wanna be a balls breaker but if the weapon employment and the radar section is incomlpete i can't know how to get a target disengage in combat mode, that is the reason of my question. Russian aircraft and american aircraft let you unlock the aircraft wothout leaving the combat mode. The mirage not, i read the manual but for me hat concept was unclear and i was trying to disengage a target without getting out from the ccm.

It's s a manual for a highly detailed simulator. You can't expect them to repeat all information at every sub chapter. If you start flying a plane, the first thing you can expect the pilot to familiarize himself with is the buttons on his stick and throttle. (notice the line in the manual that says. "Integral HOTAS system".

I am pretty sure at the landing section, it also doesn't mention "to prepare for landing, move the stick forward to point the nose down, and move the throttle backwards to reduce speed..". The information is all there, you just didn't read it. (or searched for it).

It is a manual, not a Flying the mirage for Dummies guide. (that is what Chuck's guides are for).

So you might want to try Chuck's Mirage Guide. It is not a manual, but a guide. Repeating all information in steps. It might be more to your likings.

It was not my intention to offend anyone, but if a radar mode must be disengaged to let you unlock target must be specified in the radar subsection, because if you wanna be so pinicky you should mention there are 2 key to unlock target the first you had mentioned and the second uset to lock unlock in the tws mode...

You only have one key to unlock a target. You have another one to deselect close combat mode.

The manual is not perfect but most of the info is there you just have to look at the right place :)

Edit : I was wrong you only have one key that do both, sorry ^^

I have been flying the Mirage for almost 13 months. And I have yet to find a second unlock key. I use the same one for STT unlock, TWS unlock and CCM unlock.

My first post mentioned this one (backspace)

And so did my other post:

So please, elaborate on that second key. :D

Not really. Pushing the lock button again switches to STT. (and alarms your target your locking him). Unless you want him to know (I use it sometimes in order to scare someone in going defensive and bleeding speed), there is not really a need to use it. Since the system switches automatically to STT after firing a 530.
