The Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (AFTTP) 3-3.4: Combat Aircraft Fundamentals—F-15.

Doubt you can get that online if you can't find it at Tinker.af.mil or E-publishing

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

This is for the F-117 but i'm sure one similar looking to this exists for the F-15C

http://nsarchive.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB443/docs/area51_35.PDF

The one for the F-15C as shown inside the F-117 AFTTP is 3.3.4

so the document you want for the F-15C is AFTTP 3.3.4

The one for the F-117 is AFTTP 3.3.18 and you can see all the other AFTTPs listed in the F-117 document too... For example the AFTTP for the F-15E Strike Eagle is AFTTP 3.3.17

Pretty sure its FOUO, so youre not likely gonna find it floating around on the web sadly. Closest youll find is the RoKAF version as LJQCN101 said, ive tried searching myself with no results (kinda as expected TBH).

The manual you're looking for is AFTTP 3-3.F-15 (formerly AFTTP 3-3.4) Combat Aircraft Fundamentals.  For what it's worth (not much at all really), there were a couple of pretty ancient versions of this manual (when it was designated MCM 3-3 Vol IV) that were sold on eBay a couple of months ago:

F-15 Mission Employment Tactics Fighter Fundamentals - MCM 3-3 Volume IV (26 October 1987)

F-15 Mission Employment Tactics Fighter Fundamentals - MCM 3-3 Volume IV (1 April 1990)
