Shutting down, starting up difficulties

Well as the title says I have a problem starting up the Mirage after landing, getting repairs and starting up again. By problems I mean, I can't get the engine to spool up again and start at all.

Is there any specific shut down procedure I need to follow before I can start up again? Thanks in advance.

Just a guess.....did you try to click the little red knob just right of your throttles once before new engine start?

For start-up the throttle have to be in shut off. That is also how you would shut the engine down.

Thank you. I was using the fuel shut-off valve switch to shut it down.
