With a loadout of

two RB-04E Anti-Ship Missile and two ARAK M/70B ROCKETS dispenser

one is supposed for BOTH weapons to Set Weapon selector to ATTACK

Well, when firing the two (or one) RB-04E Anti-Ship Missiles,

then also two ARAK M/70B ROCKETS fire, even if one does not want them to,

what am I doing wrong?

The CK cannot handle mixed attack loadouts, just like for real. The real aircraft would never have been loaded in this way. AKAN and Rb-24 are exceptions.

As corrigan state this is not a valid loadout.

Only valid Air-Ground weapons mixes are RB 75+ Akan or RB 05 + Akan.

Air-Air missiles and Countermeasures are ofc compatible with any weapon type

but no other Air-Ground weapon mixes are possible then the ones just mentioned.

This is related to the CK 37 and the External Armaments panel.

When the aircraft is loaded the ground crew will also set the external Armaments panel to the correct positions

letting the CK 37 know what weapons are loaded.

These are a few pages from the Ground-Crew manual when it comes to the armament panel,

and it lists the different positions for the selectors on the panel for different loadouts.

Right... but funnily enough,

with a loadout of

two RB-04E Anti-Ship Missile and two ARAK M/70B ROCKETS dispenser,

even if it is not "valid" the ships are destroyed, two rockets go,

but several more remain to attack another land target...

Can't imagine a scenario where this would be the case. Be aware that the Viggen was not designed for loitering around, waiting for some tasks like an A-10. It's all about pre-planned single-attack missions.

If facing a group of ships and some land targets, you would probably task multiple Viggens. One for the ships, one for the land targets. And both planes would be faster in and out if not carrying extra stuff.

I know that's not always the case for the missions on multiplayer servers. But that's just bad mission design for not using the Viggen as for what it was designed for.

What about Rb04 and Rb75?

Not a valid loadout so it wont work

(have not tried it myself since i know its not a valid loadout

but im 99% sure the EP-13 Mav sight will not light up).
