Adding Combined Arms

The title says it; how can I add CA to my multiplayer mission? The box that says "Player can drive" is checked. Anything else? Is that also GCI as well?

Click the little flag on the left sidebar of the Mission Editor, and add Tactical Commander slots to each side as desired.

Heheh...just FYI the JTAC slots can directly control a vehicle but can't issue orders via the F10 map, the forward observer slots can see all friendly units on the F10 map, and enemy units per the server setting, but cannot control any vehicles. (good for player AWACS if you don't want to use LotATC)
