My second mission is 3 in 1, US and Russia are allied so you can practise refueling for both SU-33 and F-15 or doing carrier landing only in one mission and it is also my gift offer everyone who love carrier landing as well as US naval pilots, the most interesting is at the last waypoint almost planes will land on the USS Carl Vinson (but I don’t know why 3 of 4 F/A-18 landed at the airbase, only one landed on the carrier), you should be patient if you want to see SU-33, F-14, F/A-18, E-2C, S-3 squads land on the CVN-70. I hope you guys enjoy it ! Tip: There’re lots of planes in this mission and they’ll lower fps quite much, if you have an old VGA or you assume your rig is not strong, you should be the first plane on the CVN-70 and then you guys can see how others land. I have an ATI Radeon 9550 and when the number of planes reach to the limits, I got 4-5 fps. Moreover, the carrier carry 14-15 planes on its deck only, if the number of planes exceed the limits all planes on the deck will be disappear except yours to give up their place to the others. Disso Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 Interesting! Had no idea you could make the Flankers land on the CVN70 just buy allying the sides! Does this mean I can make Hornets and tomcats land on the Kuz as well? SU-30MKI F/A-18F ...Beauty, grace, lethality.
Majesco Posted November 25, 2006 Author Posted November 25, 2006 Yep, it's possible. You just change the last waypoint of Hornet and Tomcat from CVN-70 to Kuznetsov, they'll land on the Kuz. But remember, CVN-70 can carry 14-15 planes on the deck and 10 planes for Kuznetsov
