To find the args you just have to open model viewer and start typing ARG# one by one untill you find what your looking for,same goes for the cockpits.

 

BUt be warned it is really a pain and time consuming,but i have been doing it to build the fc3 Level Pak Fa cockpit(this is how i am learning basics in modding) il move to more advance stuff ones i start learning more.
