Not sure where this should be posted. Using 1.5.6 and made a flight with 1 AI wingman as lead.

 

Set waypoints etc. Set the wingman speed to 500 on all waypoints and yet after takeoff, my wingman was doing near 1000 and only nearing the last waypoint did it slow down.

 

Is this affected with mods? or is there another setting?

 

Does this also affect purchased modules?

Is this perhaps a misunderstanding of units of measure?

 

Some units in the mission editor can be set to imperial or metric...I don't remember what the default is any longer but 500 knots just happens to be "near 1000" kph..

 

Double check your setting in the game options, and also make sure it says the appropriate unit next to the empty field in the mission editor.
