supanova Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 With regard to Mk 82 Profile Control, I assume: T-FMU139LD 4.0 means the FMU139 Electronic Bomb Fuze, and 4.0 is the arming delay? What does the T stand for? Learn DCS A-10C with me. Follow my Youtube tutorials here.
supanova Posted March 31, 2017 Author Posted March 31, 2017 Just a guess: T for Tail fuse? That isn't it. I can only think of "Timer", but I don't think that's right. I realise that LD means Low Drag. There's also "N-NONE" listed, which doesn't seem to be affected by any of the settings. Learn DCS A-10C with me. Follow my Youtube tutorials here.
Flagrum Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Afaik the different fuze settings or other details of the fuzes are only for "the looks". differences of specific fuze types are not modelled in DCS right now. Everything is either an impact fuze with no delay or, in some cases, a few(!) seconds(!!) delay.
