F5e Bought in Steam and Refunded But Kept in Account - Now CANT LOGIN

Hello,

 

I bought the F5E Tiger 2 in steam about a month ago, and after a couple weeks of not touching it, I realized I don't have time to learn it so I successfully refunded through steam and got my credit back. However, F5 stayed on my account whenever I logged in and played on multiplayer I could still choose F5 if I wanted to.

 

After 2 weeks or so like this, now I try to play like usual and I cannot log in because the key was blacklisted.

 

Any help is appreciated to get this cleared up because I did intend to return F5 but it randomly stayed on my account even after steam refunded me.

update: nevermind it seems their support is very fast in response and fixing. thank you :)

Wait ... did I understand you right, you bought a license for the F5 module, but refunded it. And now you wonder that you can not use the F5 anymore?
