imacken Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 If I am on the ground at Lochini with the QNH set on the altimeter of the Spitfire, it shows as 1500 feet. In the info on the F10 map for Lochini, it shows elevation as 1500 metres. This is the same for all airfields I've looked at. Screen grab attached. dannyq8 Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 Very strange, I've just checked this out and the Spitfire altimeter and airdrome data match in feet, 1523ft. If I change to metric in settings, the airdrome data changes to 464m as you would expect. I don't know why yours is reading 1523m, try changing to feet in settings if you haven't already tried that Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something.
