Elevator trim levels

During approach to landing with gear and flaps down, in order to achieve level flight, i.e. stick doesn't require any movement, I often have to have elevator trim up as high as +3.

Is that normal, or am I doing something wrong?

It's just that when I watch any videos, the trim levels don't seem to be that high.

Mate, it is not either "normal" or "abnormal". YOU do need that trim amount for your configuration and glide speed? Then that's fine and "normal" for your flying. Others may be landing slower, or faster, may be holding the stick by themselves, may be forgetting or not using the flaps (after all current runways are long enough), whatever. Anyhow, whatever other do doesn't make your setting out of the normality, that's what you personally need and as far as it works for you, it is more than fine :thumbup:.
