Teamspeak on Open Conflict?

Is there Teamspeak for Open Conflict? There is web link but it doesn't work and I'm not sure what the IP address is for.

It's not a web link, it's the address for the Teamspeak server. Put "openconflictserver.typefrag.com" in your TS client and it will connect. I just did, it's up.
