randomTOTEN Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 (edited) On page 183 of the English flight manual, Section 7.6.3. Part of the procedure states " When setting the LAMP CHECK FLASHER switch to FLASHER CHECK, five fire indication lamps should come on in flashing mode." Putting the switch in this position illuminates the five red fire lights (along with other i assume flashing lights) but they do not flash. It has been a while since I had flown this aircraft, and the last time I flew it I would test the fire system by moving the rotary selector to the different test positions. At each position the red warning would flash with a audible clicking sound. Now each red indicator is steady with no noise associated. Edited April 25, 2017 by randomTOTEN
Askerov24 Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 I think you have to turn on the "FLASHER" switch first. Acer Aspire E5-571G-713W/Intel® Core™ i7-4510U 2.0-3.1GHz/12 GB DDR3 L Memo/NVIDIA® GeForce® 820M 2 GB/1000 GB HDD
randomTOTEN Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 Is it on the overhead panel? I had all overhead switches on (except weapons)
randomTOTEN Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 Yep, Found it. Switch #6 on the right side console. Labelled "Warning Blinker Switch." I was sure that in a previous version this was an exterior light switch. Thanks, problem solved!
