A couple of patches ago the sound was adjusted so that it goes quiet when the Aircraft goes Supersonic. While I find it useful sometimes it is totally unrealistic if you are trying to simulate the sound inside the Aircraft. When you go supersonic in a Military Plane at least in the Tornado the T-38 and the Hawk (those that I have experienced so I kind of assume its the same for the rest) there is no change in the noise inside the Aircraft, I used to take Passengers up in the backseat of the Tornado F3 and they were mostly very unimpressed when you told them they were supersonic, you could only tell by the fact that the ASI showed Mach 1.0. There is nothing to tell you you are Supersonic, apart from the instruments.

Anyway I thought I would just mention it , not really a bug I guess just wondered why you had done it.

Go to audio options > hear like in helmet, then there is no noticeable difference between sub and supersonic.

Normally I think some of the external sounds are mixed in.

Outside there is a shockwave lol, it never used to go quiet so someone decided to make it so , but I like that there is a solution I never tried the "hear like in a helmet" option before, I will give it a Go Thanks.

I will change my profile picture LOL
