Bullets not landing on target spit multi mission

Not sure where to place this but created a coop mission for two spits. Noted when flying the coop with a friend when he was attacking the ground targets the bullets were hitting the ground in a different place to the target so I thought he missed but the target exploded . From his perspective his rounds appeared on target. So I appeared to be seeing different to him. To clarify the bullets were not striking near the target but say 200 yards away.

Thanks for that. No I didn't get a screen capture but will do if I see it again. Excuse my ignorance what do you mean net-code/ ping issue.
