Both have the same flight model, the difference is due to the mismatched updates. It is a problem that I alludet to earlier, please refer to my comments in this thread. They beauty of things is that apparently no one is to blame for this, and something seems to be going wrong in the "chain of commmand". In the end it doesn't matter who is responsible for the missing patchnotes, it just gives an unprofessional look to an already dicey subject.
