US Navy and Marine Corps pilots

With the upcoming Hornet, Tomcat, and Harrier modules, I'd like to see US Navy and Marine Corps options for USA. This could be as easy as creating another "adversary" nation like AUSAF that shares aircraft, callsigns, etc, but has different rank structure, squadrons, and decorations.

 

I've already done the heavy lifting, so feel free to use it (again) or PM me for further refinement.
