A little while ago I was on the iRacing forum and suggested they should look to implement a feature similar to DCS Worlds 'Hear like helmet'. It works brilliantly and no simulator should be without it.

 

Well, we can all learn from one another and so I'd like to suggest ED take a look at the in-game graphics menu for iRacing. As you hover over each item, a clear explanation of what that menu item does is given along with relative performance impact.

 

Just a thought that occurred to me when I was trying to decide which option to select for 'terrain shadows'. I had no idea what the difference was and had to alt-tab to chrome to educate myself.
