External canopy reflections......

Ok guys here's a new one for you all.... i had to re install lock on last week and before i did on the Su25T i had a beautiful external canopy reflection. (not inside the cockpit) and when i re installed the game i don't have that canopy reflection on the outside. here is an example of when before i re installed the game and i have that cool reflection but now its gone..... could this be a setting to change in modman or LOCFG like lighting density?

 

This is before i reinstalled. and now picture that sun canopy reflection gone after i re installed.. any body else stumped as i am?

A lot of the lighting effects seem to be tied in to Advanced Haze - is that on?

 

 

After that, check Lighting and Effects.

In LOFCG go to the 'cockpit' tab and turn off canopy reflections. Then go to optimizations and make sure your canopy scratches are active. That works for me.

 

I get the shader effects on canopy from outside but have nice clear view inside the cockpit.

? but before i installed it when it was normal i had canopy reflections and scratches off too and it worked... but i will take a picture of what it looks like now shortly and post that. thanks guys. :joystick:

............. ok i'm an idiot and got it to work... i had earlier disabled canopy scratches through LOCFG and i guess by doing it by that it totaly screwes up the window.?!?!?!?!?!?! why i dont know but i enabled canopy scratches and then disabled cockpit reflections in game and it worked?!?!?!
