Several older missions (less than a year) using mods apparently cannot be opened from the ME anymore (stuck on the loading screen). Can it be coming from some kind of WWII assets mod check that also impacts free mods? It even looks like missions saved with mods installed cannot be opened on another computer without those mods, even if the mission itself does not use any of the said mods.

Whenever it pauses loading like that there is a good chance it has a lua error within the mission editor, sure enough there was an error. Unfortunately it isn't showing which line from the .miz file may be causing the issue.
