Projects on the russian side

I was just wondering for those who visit the russian thread once in a while, are there any 3d model projects going on there. I've seen a few pictures but was curious if it was going to be released to the public or did they just submit it to ED and hope it will get into black shark. Here's a site i found a while back that shows some new models that i haven't seen anyone mentioned here on this forum. Although some of them may not be "realistic," others might be pretty useful like the Aircraft Carrier Kiew near the bottom right of the page.

yea we seen a couple of projects over there like MiG-31, Hawkeye, a few helos, and a lot of tanks. I think they submit their projects to ED because i haven't seen a download link, plus i don't understand a thing in russian. So if anyone can confirm it, please do.
