Odd MFD colours?

Am I the only one who find the bright yellowish tone of the MFD symbology a bit odd? Shouldn't it have the same colour as all other US aircraft? That deep green one? I also find it odd that the default colour of the FLIR/TGP in the youtube videos default to a very intense green colour instead of black as you see in the following images. Also the symbology in the FLIR/TGP is that wierd yellowish kind on top of bright green. I know it's WIP, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't overlooked, that's all. The cockpit looks great! Here is the latest in-game photo, followed by some IRL ones:

 

PS: Note the transparency of the glass covering all the dials in the real images, in contrast to the in-game one. I know it's WIP, I just hope it isn't overlooked.

I think that these may be settings within the computers on the Harrier, the screenshot and your real photos are in very different lighting situations, so my educated guess would be the pilot can change the color/contrast to be able to see the screens better.

The harriers in those images are the British g.rs

 

You can tell from the cockpit because the only upgraded left get more display for the ampcd whilst 2000s av8b,s like the one razbam is simulating has both left and right LCD displays ( ampcd) same type as the display used on the hornet for navigation and mapping. Older harriers mpcd were also what 90s era hornets had.

 

I don't have link but according to razbam they stated they changed it to bright yellow

( in earlier screens text and symbology was white like on the superhornet block 2 displays) because this is the setting that is more friendly for night vision compability during night ops.

 

But perhaps it have white or dark green colour options.

Hello, we are aware of this issue.

 

Initially all video images will be displayed in grayscale. Although it is possible to display the video in greenscale, such texture does not support some video options required for IR display.

 

In order to be consistent, and thus not have some video in green and others (IR) in gray, all video will be displayed in grayscale for the time being. We will make the change to greenscale as soon as we are certain that all video options are available when using this texture.
