Can't get to mission screen

I have been out of the loop for a while so I took a bunch of updates pretty much all at once in 1.5. I also recently installed the F5E and GNS430 modules.

 

When I click the mission link, I get hung up at the loading screen and my cursor picks up the pin wheel, but the screen never loads. I have waiting up to 10 minutes with no luck. I disabled all mods through JSGME and ran the repair twice. I also updated my video and sound drivers with no luck.

 

Any tips?

Quite a few of us stumbled upon that one. Go to C:\Users\[profile name]\Save Games\DCS\Mission Editor\ and remove settings.lua file, or if it's not enough, the whole Mission Editor folder (backing up only logbook.lua if you want to preserve your logbook and campaign progress).

Deleting the settings.lua file fixed it. Thank you!
