Hello, Everyone! I've had the Mig21 BIS for quite sometime now but just started using it today. Had a couples kill here and there at ACG server.

My issue is the plane shuts down on me midflight once in awhile and I'm not quite sure what's causing it. Am I missing something or anyone else having this same issue? Thanks for the help in advanced.

Speed could be to high, negative G flight for to long?

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

Rgr, I was going 750 climbing and the Mig21 just shutdown on me. tried to restart but couldn't figure out how. So I took a nice belly land on the mountain.

It seems to be near zero load factor. -1 or +1 is fine but 0 isn't. It appears to be OK to bunt but transit through 0G to a negative one.

Drill for air restart is important to have memorized to reflex:

Throttle off (behind the catch)

Air relight switch on

When ready throttle idle

Wait RPM 30%

Any non-reheat throttle position (or idle if time and altitude allow)

Air relight switch off

Repeat if necessary

Keep speed at least 450-550 IAS (slower corresponding to high alt) and don't bother above the sonic speed. When putting the airplane nose-low for airspeed minimize the time the airplane is at 0G load so as not to cause another failure.

Rgr, thank you. I'll keep that in mind and go by that emergency procedure. Yes, I haven't read the manual if you guys are wondering. I went ahead and tried to learn it quickly enough to fly it and shoot down a plane with it. which worked out well until the engines shut down midflight and was pretty much screwed after that. So many modules left to learn since I bought almost everything at once last huge sale for all modules.

Once again, I appreciate all the help!:)
