Need help guys

Recently changed my resolution to 4-k and in-game the icons and letters are very small almost cant read the messeges in multiplayer, now as I changed it to maintain 4-k and a graphic resolution of 3840 x 2160 How can fix that? Thanks.:(

I don't know if you have already tried this or not, but I thought there was a check box in settings somewhere. Something like "Scale GUI ..... "

yes but that option is not correct the problem because that option disable the 4-k resolution.
