Bearfoot Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 According the flight manual, after enabling the circuit breakers and master arm (pg 343), I need to press PUS Fire Control Power Switch for 1-2 seconds to fire rockets. However, I can fire rockets even if I skip this step. Similarly, I can fire the guns without turning the Main Weapons Power on. Basically, all I need is to enable the circuits and flip the master arm switch on the overhead on, and I can fire the weapons. So are the roof panel switches just busy work? Or am I missing something?
msalama Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Can't reproduce. I had to do everything by the book (fuses, master arm, PUS etc.) in order to fire them. If I tried putting just the fuses and the master arm on, no go. The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
Bearfoot Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 Interesting. Are you talking about 1.x or 2.x or both? So far, I have only tried this in 1.x. And just to be sure, I am talking about the switches here: Without touching them from a start, I can fire off rockets in 1.x .
