Wheelbrakes on all the time with Saitek Pro Pedals

Hi Guys.

 

 

Having an issue where I I have to press down my Pedals to release the wheelbrakes(Wheelbrakes are always on) as opposed to pushing them down to release them. I've assigned them as Axis Commands and is coming up as Buttons Y and X for left and right.

 

 

How can I fix this so the brakes are off unless I push the pedals down?
