You should be able to find the documentation you are looking for in the DCS Main Folder.

 

in Win 7 >> Start/All Programs/Eagle Dynamics/**Version of DCS**/Documentation Folder/ Manual.

thank you for your reply, but I need the instructions regarding the (new) conditions / actions not included in that (old) manual.

In other words an update of that manual, edited in 2013.

Oh .. Sorry about that friend.

I didn't realize the Manual had not yet been updated to reflect the changes.

That's good to know albeit unfortunate news.
