MP: Not all bombs release; Stores released light on

I may be wrong here, but I was under the impression that the stores release light only lit when all stores were released. I've flown many SP missions and this has been the case. However in multiple MP missions, I will have 2-3 bombs still on the racks despite the lamp being lit.
