Bug?: when 1 player is connected and in AAR mode, the other player who is not connected also get's fuel.

This is with two players as part of the same flight, I assume?

 

If you create individual flights for each player aircraft I would imagine it should solve the problem.

Yes, in the same flight: the, not connected, flyer became nevertheless fuel :)
