Button hold for throttle off?

I'm rebinding my hotas controls but can't locate the correct button for throttles like the warthog, for which a button is held down for throttle off (and release the button for throttle on). I've only found the separate throttle on and throttle off buttons.

"Left/Right Engine Throttle Set Off" is the command name in the options menu for the A-10C.
