tm warthog throttle issue

Recommended Posts

Been tryin to get my warthog throttle to work correctly but im confused..

Been trying to get it set up in f86 but it will not work correctly...

I have updated drivers and software(from 2006??)but seems in the throttle itself i have from zero to max power in less than an inch of movement of the throttle and its backwards.....In the lower power its 100% and in max power its zero % in the calibrations....Is there a way i can broaden the power so it goes up and down slower like its supposed to do in the entire length of the throttle travel??

Any thoughts??

went to the web updater by guillemont and it connects to a ftp server, access update info resourses and then a pop up screen says "Cant access the update file"..

Check it with windows joystick control panel. If you don't get full deflection, try the calibration tool as suggested above. To quickly access joystick panel, just hit Windows Key + R when on the desktop and type in "joy.cpl".

My controls & seat

Main controls: , BRD-N v4 Flightstick (Kreml C5 controller), TM Warthog Throttle (Kreml F3 controller), BRD-F2 Restyling Bf-109 Pedals w. damper, TrackIR5, Gametrix KW-908 (integrated into RAV4 seat)

Stick grips:

Thrustmaster Warthog

Thrustmaster Cougar (x2)

Thrustmaster F-16 FLCS

BRD KG13

Standby controls:

BRD-M2 Mi-8 Pedals (Ruddermaster controller)

BRD-N v3 Flightstick w. exch. grip upgrade (Kreml C5 controller)

throttle not joystick....

Every time in i did the cal i got on here through tm its super sensitive when i cal through windows....AND ITS BACKWARDS in windows..With throttles wide open its at 0% and vice versa..

I only get maybe 1/2 inch of movement when moved that takes me from 0-100%......Its gettin closer and closer to meetin my freakin ball peen hammer

Check out if another joystick is connected to your rig and erase all bindings from all other joystick but your warthog.

Sometimes players forget that DCSWorl affect binds to all joysticks connected and there are conflicts.

Check out if your pedals(if you have) are binded to throttle.

While saying erase all binds ,i mean you have to do that from the DCSworld options gui.

see you

Only thing connected is my tm warthog(throttle and joystick) peddles, keyboard, mouse and monitor and a little led light in a usb port just for lighting for me to see.....Plus a hub to add more usb..

Tried it in a10 and throttle works but again so little movement to go from 0 to 100%...Somethin is up with the throttle and im just not savy enuf to figure it out..

replaced the drivers,re flashed firmware..Cleared off some of the commands in the general section of options..

Still the throttle usually kills the engine and if it works pretty much same issue as already listed..Damn keyboard seems to do exactly what i want the throttle to do..

TOTally stumped

So i deleted all the bindings for everything in f86....Tried to start over and no luck..I also delete some of the ones that i used that were from original game..

Now that i deleted every binding it made it more fustraiting,so i deleted it all and did a fresh reload of everything hopeing to get those back..All those ctrls didnt come back..CRAP,just made more work for myself..

AND throttle is same freakin issue..
