Flares not working v1.5.8 beta

Hi!

 

I cannot get the flares to release no matter what setting I use.

If I load up a U22/A and a chaff/flare pod. Make sure I have both chaffs and flares in them. (Load up using ground crew)

 

I have tried every setting from A-3, 0 & 4 and R RF F.

I then use INT och KONT to release but only the chaffs get released on R and RF settings.

 

Anyone else have this?

everything is working on my end I used a cold start mission turned on ecm waited 180 seconds before emission and checked all flare and chaff modes are working. previously before updates there is a bug i know on multiplayer that the Chaff/ flare pod does not reload. I dont know if that bug is still around.

The manual on page 123 says that flares can only be released via the quick release mode. If you use the automatic release modes only chaff will be released. Thats how it works for me in the 1.5.8 OB.

Should have read the manual again before posting.

Have read it again and it works as you described.

Flares release on quick release button. ("Fast countermeasure release" in control settings)
