jwputnam Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 I am new to this screen exporting in DCS A-10C. I purchased the Cougar MFD set and two Lilliput 80 (non-touch). I am experimenting with the various programs for exporting, such as Ultra MFCD, Virtual Cockpit, etc. I have yet to be entirely successful with integrating any of them with the running simulator, but I am getting close. Along the way, I stumbled onto the A-10c server app for iPad and it intrigued me. Is it possible to send the MFDs to the two Lilliput monitors and separately utilize the iPad app for the engine, radio, etc. controls? That would be really nice, but I can't find an answer to this anywhere on the net. I kind of assume that it is NOT possible, since the monitor selection in the game seemingly cannot recognize multiple applications (*.lua), but maybe one of you geniuses have already addressed this and solved it. I have managed to crash DCS World twice in attempting to research this possibility. Crap it takes a long time to download!!!!!! Thnx!

majapahit Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 You can assigns screen areas for MFCD output like LEFT_MFCD = { x = 1920-10-1600*0.75; y = 1080-10-1000*0.75; width = 1600*0.75; height = 1000*0.75; } RIGHT_MFCD = { x = 3840+10; y = 1080-10-400*2; width = 400*1.72; height = 400*2; } You will render the sum of the assigned pixel area, so assign with some thought, above is 2 MFCD on 4x 1080p monitor T-setup with MFCD on the left and right monitor in the bottom of the screen adjacent to the center monitor you will want your 2 MFCD definition on a right hand side or underneath, whatever needs the smallest render area my 2 cts | VR goggles | Autopilot panel | Headtracker | TM HOTAS | G920 HOTAS | MS FFB 2 | Throttle Quadrants | 8600K | GTX 1080 | 64GB RAM| Win 10 x64 | Voicerecognition | 50" UHD TV monitor | 40" 1080p TV monitor | 2x 24" 1080p side monitors | 24" 1080p touchscreen |
