Torrent and Move save location change?

So I'm trying to install the Open Beta 2.5 and whenever it moves files from my existing DCS folder (on my D drive) or when torrenting...it saves it all in my user folder (C drive). My OS hard drive is an SSD, but only has about 20 gigs free...so it's been running out of room.

 

Any way to tell it to save torrent and moved files on my D drive instead?
