2.5 Issues I've noticed (with pics)

I think 2.5 is a huge improvement over 1.5 but it does have its issues.

 

I don't think I've been able to load the stand-alone version on the first try once (the Steam version doesn't seem to have this issue). This was an issue with 1.5 too. It'll crash 2-? times before it will finally load. Also, it has crashed too many times to consider while in game.

 

The panel and switch lighting is really bad in some cases. For example, in the pics below you can hardly tell when the AFS switches on the KA-50 are on (I have tested with and without the RicardoHDcockpit mod) and the A-10's flood light is almost non-existent. Maybe this is being picky but the anti-collision light is pretty bad.

 

The attached images show the lighting issues I'm talking about. I also have ~60 crash logs too.

Agree.

 

Some cockpits looks perfect but others need urgently a revamp, specially the light inside.

 

I know a new 3D texture por the Ka-50, Su-25T or A-10C could take a lot of time but at least there must be some work to improve the cockpit lights. The Ka-50 is so dark that is not usable at dark, dawn or night, the cockpit instruments light are barely visible. The lamp to the left side is not strong enough, and the buttóns, instruments, lights are not visible.
