The ability to add modern airfields to Normandy

If would could treat the current Normandy map as like a baseline map, and then add modern airfields in in the ME, we would in effect have the ability to turn it into two maps.

 

There are plenty of old abandoned WW2 airfields in the South of England and Northern France to this day.

 

I'm not saying we would turn it from WW2 to a modern representation by default, but that mission builders could choose to do so if they wanted, it would make that map more usable by modern jets, by having more suitable runways.

Yes, it would be nice to have the option of laying a little concrete in ME...and the rest.

One of the first things I do when designing a new mission is to populate my bare bones airbase with service vehicles, air defences and planes on ramps.
